Mr. Pape has served on Council since 1979. He currently serves as Chairman of Health Safety and Welfare Committee and as the Council Liaison to the Civil Service Commission, Police and Non-Uniform Pension Advisory Committees, Teamsters 205 Grievance Committee, Police Grievance Committee and South Hills Council of Governments, Allegheny League of Municipalities, and the Bethel Park School District.
