Planning and Zoning
The Planning and Zoning offices provide assistance to residents and developers on land use issues, manages project subdivision applications, land development applications, and zoning related issues. Blueprint Bethel Park
Blueprint Bethel Park is the Municipality’s official Comprehensive Plan, adopted by Council in July 2020. This Plan was developed to be a usable, implementable document that is specific to the Municipality and will prioritize projects to enhance our community. Key elements of the Plan include connectivity, a vibrant core, prosperity, resilience, character, and investment. Blueprint Bethel Park involved a great deal of community engagement that assisted the Mayor and Municipal Council, Planning and Zoning Commission, Municipal staff, and the Comprehensive Plan Steering Committee with assistance from Mackin Engineering Company to evaluate trends and objectives to chart the future of Bethel Park.
