PUBLIC WORKS SUPERVISOR
The Municipality of Bethel Park is seeking a qualified individual for a Public Works Supervisor position in the Public Works Department. The position reports directly to the Public Works Director. Typical hours are 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, and response to snow and other emergency call-outs required during the evenings and weekends. 2-5 years relevant public works and management experience is preferred. Position directs public works activities and supervises road maintenance, park maintenance, building maintenance, snow and ice control, equipment and vehicle fleet management, sign installation, and other duties as assigned. Position requires a valid PA Commercial Driver’s License Class B w/air brake endorsement. Residency requirement within one year of employment. Excellent medical and retirement benefit package. Salary Range $60,000 – $69,000 dependent upon experience. EOE. Pre-hire criminal background check and drug test are conducted.
