The Code Enforcement Department is divided into two main responsibilities which consist of Building
Inspections and Property Maintenance.
Property Maintenance is essential for the overall health, safety, and welfare of our community. Residents and Commercial property owners must maintain their properties in accordance with the established ordinances; failure to do so will result in having a fine assessed and a mandate to bring the property into compliance with all applicable codes. Residents may report possible code violations (e.g high grass, yard debris, stagnant water) by using the Citizen Action Line or by calling (412) 851-2777.
The Property Maintenance Division is located in the Community Services Department on the second floor of the Bethel Park Municipal Building. In-Office hours are maintained from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
