The Zoning Hearing Board of Bethel Park will consider the following matters: (1) dimensional variance seeking a 10’ reduction in the rear 35’ top-of-stream bank setback requirement, Section 61.28.4 (and 69.66.4), 5947 Wallace Avenue, Joshua and Jill Borkowski; (2) dimensional variance to allow 600 sq. ft. patio as an accessory use to a restaurant in a C-2 zoning district (100 sq. ft. permitted); and a dimensional variance to permit the patio to be located less than 200 ft. from an R-3 zoning district, Section 69.30.1-R-V, 5454 Library Road, Don Tomino.”
