“The Zoning Hearing Board of Bethel Park will consider the following matters: (1) request of Penn Cove Group Capital for a use variance from section 69.25.1 (Permitted uses) to allow a Day Care Facility to be located in the existing recreational building at 3001 Cool Springs Drive in the R-3 Residential zoning district; (2) request of Evalee Apartments for a variance from section 188.8.131.52.b (Off-Street Parking requirements) to waive the parking requirements based on a return to the original number of dwelling units located at 7 Dorchester Drive in the R-5 Multiple Family district; (3) request of Bethel Park School District for a variance from sections 184.108.40.206, 220.127.116.11, 18.104.22.168 (Permitted Signs) to permit an illuminated electronic message sign located at 301 Church Road in the Conservation district; (4) request of Bethel Park School District for a variance from sections 22.214.171.124, 126.96.36.199, 188.8.131.52 (Permitted Signs) to permit an illuminated electronic message sign located at 2807 Bethel Church Road in the R-3 Residential district.
A hearing on these matters will be held on Tuesday, September 7, 2021 beginning at 7:30 p.m. in the Municipal Building at 5100 West Library Avenue and available virtually via zoom.
