THERE WILL NOT BE A ZONING HEARING BOARD MEETING HELD ON DECEMBER 7TH. THE APPLCIANT- PENN COVE GROUP CAPITAL HAS CONTINUED THE VARIANCE REQUEST BELOW, TO THE JANUARY 4TH ZONING HEARING BOARD MEETING.

“The Zoning Hearing Board of Bethel Park will consider the following matter (1) dimensional variance for townhouse plan development from the height requirement not to exceed 35 ft. to 40 ft.; minimum lot size and width from 1 acre and 150 ft. to 0.25 acre and 100 ft.; minimum front yard for townhouse of 25 ft. to 5 ft.; maximum lot coverage of 15% to 32%; continuity breaks in the townhouses from 5 ft. to 2 ft.; 20 ft. buffer when abutting a R-1, R-2, or R-3 property, 3001 Cool Springs Drive, Sections 69.28.2,3.3, 4, 5, 8, 9, Penn Cove Group Capital.”

A hearing on this matter will be held on Monday, December 7, 2020 at 7:30 p.m. in
the Municipal Building at 5100 West Library Avenue.
