Metal Recycling Event poster for March 25th 2023Do you have scrap metal lying around that needs to be recycled?  On Saturday, March 25th from 9 am – 12 pm, George Washington Elementary is holding a Metal Recycling Event in combination with Vericheck Technical Services and Michael Brothers Hauling and Recycling.

You can drop off metal food cans, holiday lights, USB cables, power cords, pipes, metal siding, bikes, and other scrap metal.

Not accepted are eWaste (home electronics such as TVs, computers, or appliances), cans for paint, chemicals, or gas, and propane tanks.
